Research platform GENOTRANS :

Affymetrix chip The research platform GENOTRANS dedicated to the analysis of the transcriptome and of the genome has been opened in the INTRAGENE infrastructure with the Centre for Molecular Biophysics, the CNRS, University of Orleans and the Regional Hospital in Orleans. Based on the last version of the scanner from Affymetrix, it will be used to improve the detection of cancer, the human genetic disease and to better understand the misregulation of genetic expression in those disease and in mouse models of human disease.
